Acage Consulting offers inhouse legal services to businesses that do not have their own dedicated in- house legal support or in house teams that require additional temporary support.
  • The services offered by Acage Consulting broadly falls into four broad areas;

  • Corporate advisory and
  • Legal project management by assisting businesses manage their external lawyers to deliver a project.
  • Acage Consulting was established by Evan Elliott who has over 35 years’ experience in the finance and financial services sectors. Evan's commercial experience includes advising, structuring and documenting a broad range of facility and security documents including property trust loans, syndicated loans infrastructure programs, commercial paper programmes and security documentation or managing external legal resources to deliver commercially workable solutions to complex financing transactions. This included national responsibility for the delivery of strategy and documentation of property related legal services and project financing structuring, including the development and implementation of industry and credit strategies and legal policies and documentation
  • Prior to founding Acage Consulting he was a Director and General Counsel/Company Secretary and a Responsible Manager for a trustee and corporate advisory group. Prior to that he has been a partner in private legal practice working for financial institutions and clients in the funds management and property industries and a senior lawyer with two of Australia’s largest banks.
